Vacancy: part time IT (CRM) Project Administrator
We are looking for a part-time IT Project Administrator to work with us over the next 12 months while we buy and introduce a new Community Relationship System which will bring together all of our supporter and customer data and introduce a new epos (till) system into our shop. It will also be integrated with our accountancy software and enable online bookings for our golf course and events.
This post will oversee the purchase and introduction of the equipment and system, and support other staff through this process, working on our business and office processes to help us increase efficiency and effectiveness and improve our marketing and fundraising activities. The post holder will be involved in the detail of the project, incorporating additional data and problem solving the inevitable issues that will arise during a change of this kind.
We are looking for someone who has experience of administering this kind of project, with a good level of technical expertise, but more importantly the people skills to enable staff and volunteers to make the most of this new development and the tenacity, attention to detail and problem solving skills to ensure the project leaves the charity with a strong operational system at the end of the 12 months.
