Come and let your mind boggle at the outstanding variety of invertebrates we have in the Wilderness! Wild Warley is hosting an exploratory day of discovery in the Wilderness. With Bug pots and identification books at the ready, we will be set up in the Wilderness, recording any invertebrates we encounter.

Will we find species that are new to the site, will we re-record ones we presume are still here, like this Thick-Legged Flower beetle (see photo)?  Pop along to see how we are getting on, and marvel at some we have managed to catch for identification.

This event is supporting the July Invertebrate Bio-Blitz that is happening throughout July! Will you become a citizen scientist and help us record invertebrates on-site?

This is a pop-along event so feel free to drop by anytime between 11:00 and 16:00 - no tickets necessary!
