Melissa Monks ONLINE RETREAT! Sunday 28 June 9.30am- 4.30pm

If you fancy a day of Yoga, Pilates, Fitness and feeling great for a good cause, then we hope that you can join us on Sunday 28 June, for our online retreat! Local independent teachers will be teaming up to bring you a day of fun, fitness and feeling good!

All proceeds will go to Warley Woods Trust which is a charity who relies upon fundraising and donations. They have been hit hard by Covid-19 and we would like to raise some money to ensure this beautiful space remains open.

Classes will be live, but will also be recorded. So you can do as little or as much as you like on the day and take part in the rest at a time to suit you!

9.30am-10.30am  Hatha Yoga with Melissa Monks Yoga

11-12pm Low Impact Aerobics with Penny Mason Fitness

12-12.30pm Meditation & Pranayama (Breathing techniques) with Sumita Williams

2-3pm Pilates with BexercisePlus

3.30-4.30pm Yoga Nidra, Yoga with Amy
