Each year the public is invited to vote for their favourite park by Keep Britain Tidy - the managers of the Green Flag Award.    Keep Britain Tidy announces the ten sites with the most votes.  No rankings are given within the top ten. There are more than 1,800 sites to choose from – all of which meet the high standards demanded by the Green Flag Award, the international quality marks for parks and green spaces.

The results are now in. After the counting of the votes, once again Warley Woods is in the top ten. This makes it the fifth year in a row - each year since the new top ten format was adopted by Keep Britain Tidy.

We are so grateful to everyone who voted again for Warley Woods and who encouraged others to vote.  People's enthusiasm for The People's Park is clearly not diminishing as we are managing to make the list each year. 

We are very proud of our twelve Green Flag Awards as these confirm we are keeping our standards high, but we are equally proud of our Top Ten Banners - because this shows that what the Community Trust does is appreciated by the people who use the park every day.
