Essential information for all Golfers from 19th July 2021 The government has changed the laws about social distancing and mask wearing from 19th July. However there are still some rules and some requests at Warley Woods. Golf is very popular at the moment and there is now a culture of prebooking and this is likely to continue. Please book in advance, otherwise you may not be able to play. We still need to register every player who plays and so it is helpful to us if you have not played with us before that we have your details in advance. This saves time in the shop and enables us to serve you quickly and efficiently. If you are not already registered as a customer, please send your details through to us using this form. We will then get you onto our system ready for your booking by phone (please allow a little time for this to happen, it is not automatic, it needs a human to receive the email and have a moment to input the information). Bookings can still just be made a week in advance. This helps reduce no-shows and means as many people as possible can play at peak times. While it is no longer law that you wear a mask in our shop or in our toilets and corridor, we ask that you continue to do this. This is to help keep our staff safe. Our staff have to come to work, so please help us to protect them. We have a very small team and we have kept everyone safe over the last 18 months and wish to continue to do this. When case numbers are doubling every week, we do not want to be one of that number. It takes a whole team of staff to cover the hours we are open and we cannot afford to be without even one of them, without causing stress or potentially forcing us to close. Thank you for your co-operation. We really appreciate it.
